Deceased, who had assisted a haulier to put a tram on the road volunteered to drive the horse out if the haulier would go on in front to attend to the pointers. The haulier did so and deceased was no doubt riding on the gun when the pin rose and liberated the horse causing deceased to fall under the trams which dragged him along about 20 yards.
