Haulage Accidents (c) Other haulage accidents – Deceased was employed in connection with the underground haulage. He was thrown from a bogie attached to a runaway rake of which he was in charge and sustained an apparently slight injury, viz., flesh wound on right knee, but death occurred 59 days later from septic poisoning. The wound was treated by a doctor immediately on arrival at the surface.
