Deceased was taking a single empty tub inbye along a nearly level road. He walked at the right side where there was most room and was holding the horse by the bridle. It bolted and turned into a side road in which it was accustomed to work. The points being set for the straight road, the tub was pulled off the rails and jammed deceased against a post causing injuries which resulted fatally half-an-hour afterwards.
