Fall of roof on road, cliff, 4 feet by 18 inches by 18 inches thick. As he was taking a tram along a heading a pair of timber was crushed out, which allowed a stone to fall on deceased. The heading was closely timbered inwards, but outwards there was a length of 4 or 5 yards untimbered. No.2 Yard seam.
