Deceased was on the way home from the colliery and walked along the colliery sidings between two trains standing on adjacent lines of rails. One of the trains started, and he came in contact with it and was knocked down and run over. A proper path away from the rails is provided, but on this day it was wet and stormy, and deceased probably walked between the trains to obtain shelter from the weather.
