Deceased was engaged on the main haulage road. He was walking out with his full journey when while passing an empty journey, he stopped to put a locker in a wheel of one of the empty tubs. His own journey overtook and knocked him down and pitched him along the floor, causing injury from which he died on 20th Nov.
