Fall of roof at working face in Top Coal. The roof was broken through the working of the Double Coal below and the fall was due to breaks at caused and natural slips. The fireman Guy's father was at the place about a quarter of an hour before the accident and examined the roof and told deceased to set another tree as soon as he could but he had not set it when the fall occurred.
