Inspection made and inquest attended. Apparently the waggon lowerer failed to warn two men, that he was going to lower a waggon against the one they were filling and just at the moment they were lowering their own waggon a little deceased pushing at the buffer, when the other waggon came behind him and crushed him. He expired the following day.
