- Details of Event
- When travelling up a brow rising 1 in 5 he appears to have taken hold of the armoured concentric cable to assist himself up the brow, and received a fatal electric shock. After the accident a short circuit was detected at that place, and probably may have been caused by the deceased disturbing the cable, as the electrician had found it in order previous to the accident in that shift when examining it.
