Whilst walking down a jigbrow 10ft. wide 6ft high inclination 1 in 3.5 he fell caught his head against the coal. Injuries a small punctured wound on right side of scalp and small abrasion on top of head. Died 13th March doctor said from inflammation of brain. The jury decided death due to injury received.
