- Inspection made and inquest attended. A tub of coal had got off the rails with the pony driver and when it had been got on the rails a fall of roof occurred capping three bars and fatally injuring deceased. The timber was probably disturbed when the tub left the rails as the adjoining timber appeared in good order.
