Details of Event
Whilst engaged setting back a pack wall in his gateway, he was caught by a fall of roof and side 8 feet by 4 feet by 18 inches. The stone appeared to have been shot shaken when the gate ripping was done, and the removal of the pack wall liberated it. He died on the 10th September, 1913.
