Deceased was driving at the time of the accident and was taking in 2 empty tubs. When about 120 yards from the face a piece of side fell and crushed him in the tub where he was sitting. The stone came away without warning from a weight break crossing the road, and a slip at the back of it was not discernible before the stone fell.
