Inspection made and inquest attended. He was bringing a tub of dirt to send down the brow and when trying to turn it on the level turning plate he apparently being on the low side of the tub it over got him an forced him downbrow in front and eventually crushed him at the bottom. He succumbed to the injuries Feb. 3rd.
