Deceased was in the act of setting a prop when a fall from the waste side of the stall occurred. Deceased was completely buried. Assistance was quickly obtained and he was practically extricated when a second fall occurred again burying him. He was uncovered again but a third fall took place. Deceased was alive when uncovered the second time but was suffocated by the third fall.
