Deceased was nailing lids on some boxes in a railway wagon. This wagon and another were lowered by a shunter releasing the brakes so as to attach them to others standing some 20 yards away. Deceased fell out of the wagons whilst they were moving, or having climbed out, was caught between the moving and standing wagons. He died the same night from the injuries he received.
