Deceased was engaged in driving a rock head. He had already fired Six shots and was returning from the face after having coupled the cable to the seventh shot, when he was caught by a fall of roof. He died shortly afterwards. He had examined the face, but as the place was fouled with smoke and dust the examination of the roof could not be very satisfactory.
