He climbed on to an iron bench in the Lamp Room to get some matches and a cigarette which bad been hidden above a switchboard, and, slipping, brought his hand into contact with an exposed terminal and received a fatal electric shock. Unauthorised persons were forbidden to enter the room, and there was a notice on the door to that effect.
