The rope of a short cuddie brae dipping 1 in l.5in use for deceased’s working place broke and deceased instead of waiting until a rope was supplied attempted to lower a loaded tub to the level by hand his going in front and his drawer holding on behind; as might have been expected this toll overpowered them, and ran forward on deceased injuring him so severely that his died three days later.
