Fall of side at road end while clearing a small fall of stone which had dropped from the side during the night He was caught by a further fall which discharged six props set under the roof and against the side. The roof is usually good and strong but the slants visible after the accident and a disturbance called a ‘roll’ had considerably weakened the strata.
