He was bringing out a full tub along a road with a falling gradient of about 1 in 40, followed at a considerable distance by another Drawer with a full tub, who by some means knocked out a bar and left loose of his tub. The tub ran nearly 90 yards and caught deceased and crushed him against a bar. The lowest portion of the road had a clearance of 5 inches above the tub top.
