Deceased and a roadman were proceeding along a haulage road on their way to begin their shift, and while passing, along the roof suddenly fell and both were buried under a large stone. The roof was composed of hard faiks, and supports were put up to it at intervals of about 4 feet. In falling the stone threw out one set of timber.
