Details of Event
Deceased was driving outbye on the limbers with 11 loaded tubs when should only have had six. The road dipped outbye. He stopped at a point and took some drags out and then started again and appears to have come too fast the pony was thrown or fell down and some of the tubs overturned and crushed deceased. The Local Inspectors reported the facts and said 'We found the way in good order and plenty of room also plenty of height.'
