Deceased was sitting, having a meal behind a derailed empty tram. when two men pushed a tram of rubbish against it. When, some few minutes afterwards they went to put the empty tram on the rails they found deceased with his head wedged between the tram and the side. They had no idea that he was there and he gave no warning when they pushed the full tram back.
