Deceased was hewing coals at the fast side of a jud in the Hutton seam, when a fall of roof occurred without warning over an area of about S feet by 4 feet 6 inches. It came from two slips and a series of roof breaks, and was about 3 feet thick, diverging on all sides from a parting. Deceased was completely buried and killed instantly.
