An empty rake on a self-acting incline got off the rails. Deceased was assisting the man in charge by holding the brake till he would go down and put them right, He also volunteered to run the rake afterwards, and, while doing so, he apparently went to the front of the drum, and was attempting to get the rope to coil on properly when he was caught by it and strangled.
