- Details of Event
- He was standing in the tub road in the bank throwing loose dirt into a pack, when a sudden bump caused a slab of roof weighing half a ton to fall upon him. No props were disturbed. The stone bind roof was considered to be very good but a small slip was disclosed. Systematic barring would have prevented this accident.
