Inspection made. A fall of roof occurred in main road between two bars thirteen feet apart there were some short bars and props between these but the men seem to have disturbed a prop under one of the main bars when the whole of the rock roof fifteen inches thick which was resting on the timber having parted from the rock roof above came down capping the bars and crushing the deceased.
