Fall of sulphur ore from footwall of vein, in working place, probably preparing to put in a timber set to secure the roof and sides. The fall was 12 feet long, 6 feet high, and 3 to 4 feet wide. Had two stretchers been placed across from footwall to hanging wall the place would have been secured.
