Details of Event
A staple was being sunk from the surface and was about 22 feet down. This and another youth were passing the place, and out of curiosity pulled the boards up that were covering the top of the staple. Deceased got into the loop and was lowered down there had been some stythe in the bottom of the staple and he was overcome by it and when got out was quite dead. (Not comprised)
