Two men turned over a wagon of squared stone towards the edge of the quarry, at the surface one stone, about 8 inches cube, 30 lbs. weight, rolled over the edge of quarry, fell 31 feet, caught deceased on the head. There was no reason why the waggon should not have been turned over away from the quarry edge. Two men were with the deceased in the bottom of the quarry.
