Crushed by full tub ran amain down Spunney brow 45 yards, the empty tub if it had been attached to the rope had not been properly attached so that when some drawer pushed the empty tub up it enable him to turn his tub into the brow for another drawer to pass, the empty tub became unhooked. The bottom of the brow should not have been used to turn tubs into for passing.
