Deceased was said to have been cut slightly on the head by a stone falling from the roof. He continued to work for 37 days, and then failed. He went home for the Christmas holiday, and complained of pain in his head. He went to the Stroud hospital, where he was operated on. He died on January 20th, 1908, from septic pneumonia.
