Deceased, who had been out of employment and while working his first shift at the Colliery along with a chargeman, had brought out a tub of stone to run down an incline he asked the lad at the brake if he was ready and shortly after the chargeman came out and found deceased lying behind the tub quite dead. The doctor stated that death was due to natural causes, and no inquest was held.
