9 October 1935: Fatal Accident In Fife Pit - John Feechan, aged 34, who resided at 30 East Shore Street, Buckhaven, was killed last night at Rosie Colliery, near East Wemyss. He was working in the Barncraig section as a packer when he was buried by a fall of stone from the roof. Death was instantaneous. [Scotsman 10 October 1935]
