Crushed by full tub ran amain down self-acting incline 30 yards long. Deceased shouted to the jigger to go on although he had not attached the empty tub to the rope at bottom of incline, probably missed in the attempt and the full tub was on to him before he got out of the way. He came from Cork about eight weeks before and would not have much experience.‘.
