Deceased in getting from between two trams which he had been filling struck his side against the corner of one of them. Very little importance was attached to the injury at the time, but as he was suffering from chronic Bright's disease and was a confirmed alcoholic subject he developed pleurisy and pneumonia from which he died on November 29th.
