Fall of side at face, coal, 4ft by 2ft. by 2ft 10ins thick. A heavy ‘pounce’ which in all probability loosened the coal, was loosened before the fell. Deceased had holed 6 or 8 inches under the coal and had not set sprags against it. Five-feet seam.
