Fall of side (top coal) at working face. Overhanging coal, 13 feet 9 inches by 3 feet by 2 feet 8 inches, and which was unspragged, fell on him as he was working an underlying bed. Two hours before the accident he had been ordered by the fireman to set two sprags and a vertical post under the coal which fell.
