Deceased left his companion without saying what he was going to do, and went down a no brow to an old level end. Almost immediately there was a fall of roof, and deceased was found partly across a low bar with a quantity of roof material upon him, which had suffocated him. He had apparently been going into the old roadway for a purpose, and had disturbed the roof supports.
