Glamorgan Deceased was overtaken and run over by an out-going journey of full trams on a haulage road of large dimensions, having manholes less than 20 yards apart, and having in addition room for a person to stand between a journey and one side or the other throughout its length. Before getting on to the haulage road at a junction, he was warned that the journey was starting, and advised to let it pass. He however disregarded the warning and pushed on.
