Assisting others in arranging a large stone to be sent over quarry face and was using a hammer to chip a portion of it away when the stone broke. Deceased in jumping out of the way, landed on a part of the quarry sloping towards the edge, and, losing his balance, fell to the bottom of the quarry, a distance of 150 feet.
