Deceased was using a 40lb. crowbar to lever a stone off the quarry face 50 feet above the ground level. He was standing on a ledge of about 3 feet 6 inches wide. Whe he put his weight on the bar the stone splintered and liberated the bar and he overbalanced and fell to the bottom of the quarry.
