Deceased was employed in a winding engine house to assist in cleaning. Unobserved by the engineman he got through the fence guarding the machinery, probably with the object of watching the motion of the "Visor" automatic contrivance for preventing overwinding, and his clothing was caught by the arms on the tumbler shaft and he was drawn up to the apparatus until the tension upon his clothing fractured his neck. He was an active, intelligent lad and very anxious to understand things.
