Died from injuries received on the 21st inst. When guiding his empty set into a cross gateway a runaway full tub hit one of the tubs of the set and turned it over and he was hit by it and fatally injured. The cause of the full tub coming amain down the cross gateway was carelessness on the part of a bye workman who left it standing on a gradient with only a little dirt on the rail to hold it.
