Three full tubs ran amain in downbrow, being hauled up by a clip attached to rope and tubs, caught the two men, who were travelling down 130 yards below. A man 45 years of age put the clip on; it must have been partially put on. If the tool clip holds by a corner it will draw the tubs with the risk of easily loosing. 2 killed.
