Deceased was leading a horse attached to an empty tram, into a stall road across the mouth of which was a brattice sheet Becoming frightened of the sheet the horse darted forward, pulled the tram off the road, and crushed deceased between it and the side The horse was a new one and there were two hauliers in charge at the time of the accident.
