He was driving a pony attached to two full tubs, and had left the flat and proceeded 22 yards on a slightly dipping road, then round a turn and down a dip of 22 yards at three inches per yard. He was walking behind the last tub when another full tub ran into him from behind and crushed him. On leaving the flat he had neglected to put the chock on, and also dreg the remaining tub as he should have done. The accident was entirely due to his own neglect, for which he unfortunately paid with his life.
