He and another man was engaged widening one of the main roads when a large stone broke over and reeled a prop out and fell on to the deceased. A slip was the cause of the stone falling; it could not be seen before the fall took place. The work of widening this road has been in progress a long time and both men had been employed at it and were looked upon as very careful and capable workmen.
