Deceased was injured in some way unknown in taking a loaded tub down an incline of 1 in 14. The length of incline was only about 5 yards and the only person near at the time declared positively that deceased was behind the load. At the bottom of the incline there was a sharp turn on to a level and the load had become derailed at the turn. Deceased was found at the front end of the load suffering from injuries to the chest, from which he died before he could be removed from the place.
